Most Anticipated: Contemporary

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like they spend as much time scouring for new books than they do reading the ones they have? I’ll admit that I have a serious problem when it comes to biting off more than I can chew in review copies, but I never feel guilty adding books to my “to be purchased” list, because really that’s just make believe and it doesn’t count. I’ve been limiting the amount of thrillers in my reading rotation at the moment, so I thought it would be fun to share with you some of the lighter reads that I’m excited to be published in 2018. Do you see any familiar authors? Any books you’re looking forward to as well? Do you switch up your genre reading or typically stay with the same type of books year round?

  1. I was just thinking I need to shake up my reading stack because 95% of the time i read suspense/thriller/mystery, Just read Surprise Me by Sophie Kinsella and that was a wonderful change of pace.. a palate cleanser if you will. I’m intrigued by the Kristin Higgins (new to me) and the Nicola Moriarty (also new to me)
